• Contract to Hire position
• $40.00 to $55.00 / hour
• Second Shift
• Supervise maintenance personnel and provide leadership, coaching, training, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures by conducting daily safety observations, enforcing PPE requirements, and correcting unsafe conditions.
• Report all accidents, incidents, and first aid cases in accordance with company policies.
• Perform and troubleshoot hydraulic systems, including leak diagnosis and preventive maintenance (PMs).
• Read and interpret advanced electrical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.
• Troubleshoot integrated circuits and electrical control systems, including 24
  
  VDC, 120
  
  VAC, 240
  
  VAC, and 480
  
  VAC circuits.
• Design, troubleshoot, and maintain pneumatic systems and circuits. Perform welding repairs and utilize various welding equipment as needed.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing equipment to maximize machine uptime and reliability.
• Size and install motor starters and overload protection for equipment applications.
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities, construction projects, and equipment repairs.
• Inspect completed maintenance and construction work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with established standards.
• Manage hourly employee timecards, overtime approvals, and vacation requests within the company s timekeeping system.
• Develop employee performance plans, conduct one-on-one meetings, complete performance evaluations, and recommend promotions and salary adjustments.

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 3–7 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 3–5 years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience; injection molding experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated circuits and industrial electrical systems. Knowledge of electrical theory, including Ohm s Law.
• Welding experience and proficiency with welding equipment.
• Experience maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment.
