As a Warehouse Porter in Alabaster, you will clear debris from the facility floor and outside grounds, sweep, mop and keep the warehouse looking its best, working alongside a team that takes real pride in a clean, safe space.

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Sanitation or janitorial background is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Ability to safely use common cleaning equipment, tools and cleaning products. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and workplace safety. Ability to work independently while following cleaning schedules and established procedures. Good organizational and time management skills. Dependable work habits and a commitment to maintaining a clean, professional warehouse facility. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.

Ability to walk and clean for extended periods of time. Ability to lift cleaning supplies, equipment and materials weighing 50 to 75 pounds. Ability to safely push, pull and maneuver cleaning carts and equipment. Ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments while following established safety procedures. Job Duties Clear debris from the facility floor and outside grounds Sweep, mop, vacuum and dust warehouse floors and common areas Sanitize surfaces and empty waste containers Restock cleaning and facility supplies Perform routine facility upkeep and other janitorial or custodial tasks as assigned Follow established cleaning procedures and workplace safety standards throughout the shift
