Mechanical Engineering Technician / Technicien(ne) en Génie Mécanique

Full-time | Evening Shift | Permanent

Salary: 27.89 to 31.10$ per hour (based on experience)

Hours:

40 hours per week – Evening schedule

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, you will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities in a dynamic workshop.

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Perform administrative follow-ups related to operations.
• Prepare operational reports and documents.
• Participate in purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Follow-up with suppliers.
• Maintain inventories, records, and tracking files.
• Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting.
• Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Participate in health and safety activities when required.
• Perform any other related duties as needed.

• Technical training in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Positive knowledge of computer tools and Microsoft Office.
• English required;
  French considered an asset.
