NMS is currently seeking candidates for on‑call and rotational roles with flexible scheduling options. Employees may also have the opportunity to rotate or work in other NANA villages as needed.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHOOL JANITOR - CLEANER:
As a School Janitor‑Cleaner, you keep our facilities looking good. You arrive for each custodial shift ready to clean efficiently while remaining friendly and service oriented. Tasks include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, sanitizing, restocking rooms, removing trash, and optionally assisting with light maintenance such as changing light bulbs. At the end of each shift, you feel proud seeing the school shine.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience that demonstrates a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes
• The ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and callouts
• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• A valid driver’s license with a 3‑year driving record that is acceptable to the company’s insurance carrier
