Overview
TDXi, a subsidiary of Tanadgusix Corporation (TDX), an Alaska Native Corporation, is recruiting for the position of Electronic Technician/ACMI. This position is located at Eielson AFB, AK, and is a full-time role reporting to the Site Manager.

TDXi's Technical Services Division (TSD) provides technical expertise and training support for Air Combat Training System (ACTS) services and performs Range Management responsibilities at multiple locations worldwide.

Job DescriptionThis position, located at Eielson AFB, Alaska, applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers manuals or similar documents. Work requires familiarity with the interrelationships of circuits and judgment in planning work sequence, in selecting tools and testing instruments, and is reviewed for compliance with accepted practices. This technician works under immediate supervision with technical guidance from a supervisor or higher-level technician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Gathers information from users/computer operators and defines systemic problems
- Guides users in formulating requirements and advises alternative solutions
- Specifies number/types of records, files, and documents to be produced and/or stored
- Sets up, maintains, and runs Air Combat Training Systems including on-range and in-house networks, Integrated Combat Aircrew Debriefing Systems (ICADS), and other key infrastructure as required to include new and/or upgraded hardware and software
- May be required to support COMSEC mandates
- Ensure compliance with BSEt Quality Control and Safety Programs
- Other duties as assigned by the Program manager
- Associate’s Degree in a technical field or equivalent Vocational/Military training
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience or equivalent time towards degree
- B.S. in Computer Science highly desired
- IAT II (Security+, and must keep this certification current)
- U.S. Citizen with Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
- Applicants must have a valid state driver’s license
- Ability to read, analyze, and apply knowledge of electrical and mechanical schematics
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems and powered support systems
- Competence in systems analysis techniques and knowledge of system software, computer equipment, and related regulations and practices; ability to integrate diverse data elements to produce innovative solutions
