Kikiktagruk Inupiat Corporation in Kotzebue, AK seeks an On-Call Property Manager for a 41‑unit building. This part‑time on‑call role focuses on keeping the property clean, safe and tenant‑friendly, and requires responsive, professional service.
You will perform on‑site maintenance, respond to tenant needs, submit weekly reports to the Facilities Manager, and coordinate with the Leasing Manager. Prior building maintenance or tenancy experience is preferred.
