Cleaning Crew

Polar Ice is looking for cleaners to assist in taking care of our facility and carrying out basic and deep cleaning duties. Our goal is always maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

• General cleaning of facility to include bathrooms, locker rooms, sweeping and mopping all floors, taking out trash, sanitizing benches, cleaning all glass surfaces to include lobby rink glass, etc.
• Perform and document cleaning checklists
• Notify management of occurring issues and potential areas in need of repairs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms to include restocking of paper materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain a safe work environment
• Follow all health and safety regulations

• Ability to handle and lift basic cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity
• Ability to notice and execute tasks that may be "overlooked" by others

• Pay rate will be depending upon experience.
• Typical hourly rate for this position is $15-$25 per hour.
• Overtime paid at time and a half.
• Paychecks issued weekly.

There is flexibility with scheduling. The rink is open 7 days a week and we will have multiple full time and part time employees working together to cover all needed shifts.
