Facilities Maintenance Technician - Corp

Flowers Foods -  - Responsibilities:
Execute routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs across multiple property locations;
Maintain and troubleshoot facility/infrastructure systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC;
Partner with leadership on facility improvements, installations, and upgrades, coordinating with external vendors and contractors as needed;
Maintain warehouses, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring all assets remain secure and organized;
Prioritize and resolve maintenance requests while ensuring all work orders, labor hours, and parts used are accurately documented
