CARES OF NY INC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to ensure excellent operational conditions for supportive housing in Albany, NY. This part-time role involves coordinating maintenance activities and collaborating with case management for resident support.
The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance and be equipped to handle HVAC, plumbing, and safety protocols. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid NYS driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
