Evening Janitorial Area Supervisor

B and B Maintenance is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy Janitorial Supervisor to join our team in the Albany, NY Region. This role requires a team player with an energetic drive to ensure jobs are completed above and beyond expectations, and the ability to work and communicate well with others. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 6‑8 hours per night, 5:30 pm–1 am.

• Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days of employment, including medical/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, and 6 paid holidays.
• Equity Participation:
  Eligible to participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
• All supplies, equipment, and travel expenses are paid for/provided by the company.

• Supervise, hire, and train employees.
• Travel between locations within the Greater Columbus Region and clean locations on call‑offs.
• Order and stock cleaning supplies as needed, perform and document routine site inspections, and perform scheduled project work.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and complete all necessary trainings provided by the corporate office.

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic knowledge of technology (able to use a smartphone, navigate the internet/emails, submit reports online).
• Complete background check, drug test, and E‑Verify required.
• Experience in management/leadership and cleaning is preferred.
• Carpet / Floor / Window cleaning experience preferred.
