Duties Description The Cleaner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

* Remove debris on floors, furniture and equipment and place them in designated receptacles or in appropriate places.

* Move furniture and equipment in connection with cleaning and care functions.

* Bag and remove trash and place in dumpsters.

* Use mops, brushes, detergents, buffers, floor scrubbers and other cleaning implements to wash floors, corridors, stairs and stairwells, walls, partitions, windows from the inside of the building.

* Strip, vacuum and wax floors, as well as shampoos carpets utilizing any necessary equipment.

* Scrub and clean all areas of lavatories, such as sinks, urinals, toilets, etc.

* Dust assigned areas using any required equipment.

* Polish wood and metal fixtures and equipment.

* Additional cleaning associated with special events or renovations.

Minimum Qualifications
-Must be physically able to perform the tasks of the position and understand and carry out written and verbal instructions.
