ATM Technician

ATM Technician – Albany, NY

Pay Range: $20.77 - $25.39 hourly (specific to OHI, DEL, NY, CA, CO, WA, MD, CT, IL, NV, KY, MI, NJ, ME, MO, MA, MT)

Hourly Rate: $30

• Make on-site visits to locations to repair or install ATM equipment.
• Program ATMs unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support.
• Repair and test ATM parts.
• Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations.
• Document activities within the PAI system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on ATMs as assigned.
• Manage parts inventory on assigned service vehicle.
• Drive vehicles from a minimum of 5 days per week in accordance with service calls dispatched/assigned.
• Perform other field and service work as business needs present themselves within your scope of practice.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to prioritize and complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality relating to sensitive information.
• Willing to work some overtime, weekends, and holidays if needed.
• Experience with ATMs preferred.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Working knowledge of PAI Reports a plus.
• Ability to use a mobile device for reporting activity during the day.

This work is performed on the road at different locations. The environment can be distracting due to noise, constant moving, or other job site conditions. Must be able to bend, reach above head, and lift or move up to 250 lbs. with a hand‑dolly.

The employee is not responsible for supervising other positions. Education, training, or experience may substitute for competency in the role. Successful performance on pre‑employment tests may be required. Position requires passing a drug test prior to hire and upon any accident/incident or discharge of firearm while on duty.
