The University at Albany is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor 1 for the Residence Hall Maintenance Shop. The role requires strong communications skills and proficiency in plumbing and electrical trades, as well as a valid New York State driver’s license. Responsibilities include leading maintenance staff, reviewing project requirements, and handling emergency maintenance situations effectively.
