Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

The Hotel Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and staff. This role supervises maintenance personnel, coordinates preventative maintenance programs, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and brand standards.

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and projects.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to identify maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and fire regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Assist with budgeting and cost control for maintenance operations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.

• Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
