• Support reliable operation and maintenance of liquid bulk and specialty gas/chemical delivery equipment
• Conduct minor inspections and preventive maintenance to optimize equipment performance
• Perform daily rounds for site safety and efficiency, including monitoring systems and facilitating container exchanges
• Develop understanding of liquid bulk delivery procedures to support safety and quality
• Facilitate safe and efficient transfer of bulk gas and chemical trailers
• Assess situations thoughtfully and collaborate with the team to find solutions when challenges arise
• Serve as an active contributor to the Emergency Response Team
• Complete the TGCM Tech 5 local OJT and qualification journey within the first 12 months
• Contribute to customer and Air Liquide community programs, including Safety, Training, Operations, and Preventive Maintenance
• Partner in the growth of TGCM contractors by offering training support as needed
• Uphold HS&E Standards to ensure a safe environment, including PPE and safety programs
• Complete assigned tasks according to established procedures
• Perform minor analytical and sampling procedures to support product quality
• Dedicated to the safety of team, neighbors, and the general public surrounding the facility

• Support safe transfer of materials to storage area following established documentation and safety procedures
• Contribute to emergency preparedness and safe material handling by following safety protocols for spills and container preparation
• Partner on waste minimization initiatives and maintain understanding of hazardous waste laws

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience combo
• 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Good communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Evidence of successful teamwork
• Knowledge of reporting procedures per onsite operations policy, including product acceptance criteria, tank fill, inventory, material usage, monitoring, safety parameters, and personnel requirements
• Electro‑mechanical aptitude
• Ability to control an emergency situation and coordinate problem‑solving actions
• Able to understand and follow stringent safety rules
• Demonstrate ability to train junior technicians

• Ability to lift 60 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk up to 11 hours per day
• Ability to operate a hydraulic foot pump (55‑gallon drums, up to 500 lbs)
• Job requires constant bending to complete shift tasks
• Ability to wear a respirator as part of required PPE for certain tasks

• Experience in the semiconductor, chemical/specialty gas, military technical/electronic, or nuclear field, or equivalent industry
