Position

Summary

Live Well Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part–Time or Full–Time Night Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our residential and commercial properties during evening hours. There is flexibility in hours once training is complete. This role plays a key part in ensuring that shared spaces are clean, sanitized, and ready for residents, tenants, and staff each day.

The ideal candidate is self–motivated, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly cleaning of common areas, offices, and amenities, including floors, restrooms, and shared spaces.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor surfaces; perform periodic deep cleaning as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Remove trash and recycling from interior areas and transport to designated disposal locations.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces in common areas.
  • Perform light apartment turnover cleaning as needed.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor machines.
  • Safely handle and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with company industry best practices and company policies.
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or property damage.
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions with residents and team members.
Skills and Educational Requirements
  • Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and chemical safety.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently during off‑hours.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Physical Demands

  • Lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50–75 pounds occasionally.
  • Operate cleaning tools and equipment safely.
  • Work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying conditions.
  • Reach, climb stairs, and access different areas of the property.
