Window Cleaner - FT job at Daigle Cleaning Systems. Albany, NY. Daigle Cleaning Systems, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. As a Window Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial and residential settings. Your primary goal will be to ensure high‑quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning using appropriate tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while working at elevated heights using ladders, scaffolding, or other approved methods.
- Assess and address different types of windows, including glass panels, frames, and sills, to determine the most effective cleaning approach.
- Remove debris, dirt, and grime from windows to achieve a streak‑free and spotless finish.
- Identify and report any issues with windows, such as cracks, damages, or faulty mechanisms, to the appropriate supervisor.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and address any concerns regarding the cleaning process.
- Maintain and organize cleaning equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety standards.
- Uphold company standards for quality, professionalism, and customer service in all interactions with clients and team members.
- Proven experience as a Window Cleaning Technician or similar role in a commercial or residential cleaning environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in using various cleaning tools and equipment, including squeegees, scrapers, ladders, and safety harnesses.
- Knowledge of safe work practices and procedures when working at heights.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high‑quality results consistently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required.
