Living Resources Corp in Albany, NY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to maintain and repair agency buildings and offices, including snow plowing and landscaping duties, and to lead renovation projects with staff. Candidates should have 1–3 years in building or construction, a valid NYS driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds, climb ladders, use hand and power tools, and good reading/writing skills.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm, 40 hours weekly.
