Grey Star - - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs;
Make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists;
Track inventory and obtain materials, supplies, and tools from maintenance department; notify supervisor for re-orders;
Complete documentation and paperwork to document and track service requests;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities including cleaning, pressure-washing, painting curbs and signage
