We are seeking a skilled housekeeping professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the safety and functionality of our facilities, directly contributing to the well-being of our residents.

Housekeeping Duties Include, but not limited to:

• Cleaning rooms:
  Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing rooms and public building areas
• Sanitizing:
  Disinfecting and sterilizing frequently touched surfaces.
• Emptying trash:
  Emptying and sanitizing trash containers in common areas and resident rooms.
• Maintaining supplies:
  Replenishing toilet paper, hand towels, soap, and other toiletries.
• Maintaining floors:
  Sweeping, mopping and maintaining high quality floor surfaces.
• Maintaining public areas:
  Maintaining a clean atmosphere in public areas, including dining rooms, dayrooms, break rooms, and public bathrooms.
• Reporting repairs:
  Reporting any needed repairs to a supervisor.

Qualifications

• The willingness to learn the basics of housekeeper duties
• The ability to lift to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license.
