Location: City of Albany
Peregrine Senior Living in Delmar, NY is seeking a knowledgeable Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of the community and assist the Maintenance Director with routine tasks.
You will respond to maintenance requests, help with safety drills, and perform minor repairs including carpentry, painting, electrical and plumbing work to keep residents safe and comfortable.
