As an Official of Maintenance, you will assist the Head of Maintenance in daily activities. You will also be responsible for the proper functioning, maintenance, and inspection of all mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting the maintenance manager in daily work and supervising the preventive maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
• Carrying out all corrective maintenance activities in a timely and efficient manner.
• Helping to apply safety measures and monitoring the availability of necessary permits.
• Organizing with the manager proposals for investment, replacement, and adjustment of contracts with suppliers.
• Supporting the maintenance manager in organizing tasks and maintenance activities of external providers in the hotel, and coordinating these activities with all involved departments.
• Collaborating in the control and follow-up of energy consumption and maintenance costs, such as water and electricity.
• Helping in the setup of meeting rooms (audiovisual, lighting, etc.).
• Resolving guest incidents and problems in a timely and appropriate manner.

We are looking for:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar service sector.
• Professional training (electricity and electronics, HVAC, industrial maintenance, and related fields).
• Essential command of the local language and valuable knowledge of English.
• Knowledge in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), electrical, and electronic systems.
• Practical knowledge of various computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Organized and proactive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to detect and solve problems effectively.
