Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (8 hours/day)
Location: Albemarle, NC 28001
Requirements: 1 year of cleaning experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively

What You’ll Do- General cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and pulling trash throughout the property .
- Maintaining outdoor areas, including cleaning parking lots and parking decks using equipment like pressure washers and leaf blowers .
- Thoroughly cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking restrooms .
- Completing other essential cleaning duties as assigned by your supervisor .
- 1 year of professional janitorial or commercial cleaning experience .
- Ability to operate pressure washers and leaf blowers (or willingness to learn) .
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively .
- Strong work ethic, outdoor durability, and reliable weekday attendance .
