This is a full‑time, on‑site Service Technician role based in the Albuquerque‑Santa Fe Metropolitan Area. The Service Technician will perform hands‑on tasks such as inspecting properties, identifying wildlife or pest issues, performing maintenance and repairs, and executing wildlife removal and prevention solutions. The role also involves visiting customer sites, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Proficiency in Maintenance and Repair tasks
• Strong Troubleshooting and Field Service abilities to resolve issues effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and address their concerns
• Ability to perform hands‑on Maintenance work in outdoor and indoor environments
• Strong attention to detail and safety‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
