Job Description:

As a Housekeeper at VIA Apts, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residential buildings. Your efforts will ensure that all common areas are welcoming and sanitary for residents and visitors alike, contributing significantly to the overall resident satisfaction.

• Perform cleaning duties in common areas such as lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and recreational facilities.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum as necessary to maintain a spotless environment.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchen areas with attention to detail.
• Manage waste disposal and replenish supplies like soap and toilet paper as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to management.
• Follow specific health and safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and seasonal tasks as requested.
• Interact positively with residents and staff, providing excellent customer service when encountered.

• Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train individuals with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills to interact with residents and team members effectively.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, and perform physical tasks over an extended period.
