Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Job Overview
The LDAR Technician will perform leak detection and repair (LDAR), collect and evaluate data, maintain records, and use complex analyzers and instrumentation to optimize system performance.
Key Responsibilities /Accountabilities- Perform LDAR policies and procedures at the assigned project site.
- Daily analyzer calibration.
- Routine repair and maintenance of analyzers.
- Quarterly certification of analyzers.
- Coordinate LDAR field activities with contract technicians.
- Maintain and complete monitoring schedules.
- Repair leaking components.
- Generate work requests and follow up on LDAR maintenance repairs.
- Maintain record keeping for monitoring and repairs.
- Maintain identification of LDAR components and applicability reviews.
- Work in adverse weather conditions (hot, cold, inclement weather).
- Lift up to 60 pounds.
- Work at heights, climb tower ladders up to 100 ft+, and ascend/descend up to ten flights or more.
- Bend, stretch, walk, and climb with a 30 lb+ backpack for up to 10 hours a day on concrete or steel surfaces.
- Wear a full body harness and fall arrest system with a 30 lb+ backpack containing monitoring equipment.
- Hold a valid Driver's License.
- Pass a pre‑employment background check, drug screen, and physical examination.

Good faith estimate: $22 per hour. Compensation varies with experience, education, key skills, geographic location, client requirements, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
