Maintenance Technician

Overview

Colliers seeks a dependable, self‑starter Maintenance Technician to support building and property maintenance operations.

• Complete system and building repairs and preventative maintenance requirements in a timely manner.
• Provide ongoing assistance and support to the Chief Engineer and Building Engineer in all aspects of site operation and maintenance.
• Respond to and complete work orders and projects.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in building/property maintenance.
• Working knowledge of work order and preventative maintenance software systems.
• Experience with plumbing, HVAC systems/maintenance, painting, drywall, and light carpentry/construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel).
• OSHA 10‑hour – General Industry Safety Training is preferred.
• Flexibility in work schedule – available for off‑hours emergency response.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• A valid driver’s license.
