Custodian

Overview

As a Custodian at La Vida Llena, you’ll provide routine and spontaneous cleaning services for community common areas and support setup and take down of gathering spaces.

You’ll interact with residents daily, making a positive impact on their lives.

Job Type: Full-Time, Wednesday – Sunday, 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.28 per hour, DOE.

• 90 % coverage of medical premiums (PPO or HDHP/HSA plans available)

Work independently on ongoing projects and handle resident requests, maintaining high quality service and fostering relationship building, training, and development.

Some knowledge or experience in housekeeping and/or custodial services is preferred; training will be provided.
