The Painter helps maintain the appearance, safety and condition of company-owned buildings by delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes that support ongoing property care and improvements.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and repair surfaces for interior and exterior painting projects
- Deliver clean lines, smooth finishes and professional workmanship
- Support renovations, refresh projects and preventative maintenance needs
- Safely operate painting tools, ladders and lifts while protecting surrounding areas
- Maintain paint inventory, tools and work areas in organized condition

Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial painting techniques and surface preparation methods
- Ability to perform detailed finish work with accuracy and consistency
- Familiarity with painting tools, equipment and safety practices
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Two or more years of professional or commercial painting experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors
