Pay

Starting at $18 per hour during the paid 90-day probationary period, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $7 per hour based on experience, performance, and successful completion of probation.

Position Overview

Mrs. G’s Cleaning is seeking an experienced, confident, and highly detail-oriented Field Operations & Quality Lead to oversee our cleaning teams and ensure every service is completed to the Mrs. G’s standard.

This is a hands‑on leadership position. The Field Operations & Quality Lead will work alongside the cleaning team while supervising employees, assigning responsibilities, completing quality inspections, solving problems, and protecting the luxury experience our clients expect.

We are looking for someone who takes initiative, communicates clearly, leads with confidence, and handles small issues independently. This position is best suited for someone who is comfortable giving direction, holding others accountable, and taking responsibility for the final quality of every completed service.

Typical Schedule
  • Monday:
    Approximately 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday through Friday:
    Approximately 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
  • Latest possible end time:
    Approximately 5:00 p.m.
  • Some weeks may include a weekday off depending on the client schedule.
  • Hours and end times may vary based on job size, location, and scheduling needs.
  • Minimum of approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for up to 25 hours.

Applicants must be comfortable with a schedule that may vary slightly from week to week.

Service Area

The Field Operations & Quality Lead will travel in a company vehicle throughout:

  • The East Mountains

All travel time between scheduled jobs is paid.

Leadership Responsibilities

The Field Operations & Quality Lead will supervise approximately two to four cleaning employees and will be responsible for:

  • Driving the company vehicle and safely transporting team members to job sites
  • Managing client addresses, access instructions, door codes, company keys, and house keys
  • Reviewing the daily schedule through Connecteam
  • Assigning rooms, tasks, and responsibilities to each team member
  • Communicating expectations clearly at the beginning of each service
  • Working alongside the cleaning team throughout the job
  • Monitoring employee pace, performance, professionalism, and attitude
  • Redirecting employees when work does not meet company standards
  • Requiring areas to be corrected or redone when necessary
  • Training new employees in Mrs. G’s Cleaning procedures and expectations
  • Reporting significant staff concerns, performance issues, or client concerns directly to management
  • Taking initiative and resolving routine problems independently before contacting the owner

This position requires someone who is not afraid to give respectful but firm direction. Leadership at Mrs. G’s Cleaning means working with the team, setting the example, identifying problems, and taking responsibility for the final result.

Quality‑Control Responsibilities

The Field Operations & Quality Lead is responsible for the quality of work delivered by the team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing an initial walkthrough before cleaning begins
  • Identifying and documenting pre‑existing damage
  • Noting excessive clutter, unusual conditions, or areas requiring special attention
  • Submitting required photos through Connecteam
  • Using company checklists throughout each service
  • Inspecting every completed area before the team leaves
  • Checking surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, décor, corners, edges, and commonly missed areas
  • Confirming that all assigned services have been completed
  • Ensuring corrections are made immediately when an area does not meet standards
  • Completing final staging of the home
  • Confirming supplies, equipment, keys, and company property are accounted for
  • Conducting required employee bag checks before leaving
  • Ensuring the property is secure before departure
  • Confirming that the final result meets the Mrs. G’s standard

The Lead must be willing to take ownership of the final inspection. Missed areas should be identified and corrected before the team leaves the property.
