Responsible for monitoring, overseeing, and administering the tools and materials needed for day-to-day operations of the facility.

All Team Members will display 100% commitment to World Class Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of Guest Service Standards established by the Isleta Resort and Casino.

• Familiarization with workplace safety, education and understanding of OSHA standards
• Ensure proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Keeps work area clean and perform housekeeping duties as required
• Documents work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration in accordance with Facility Maintenance SOPs
• Familiarization with shop practices, operation and use of equipment, hand and power tools, and materials
• Monitors and maintain quality control standards
• Maintains inventory of parts and supplies for facilities repairs and orders materials as needed
• Performs quality inspections on tools and small equipment used
• Prepares and maintains records on all maintenance activities to include preventative maintenance
• Performs daily checks on tools and small equipment for proper operation
• Schedules and plans tool repairs, and new acquisition of tools
• Performs other duties as assigned
• May be assigned to drive company vehicle on public roads, to and from Isleta Pueblo properties, and/or other destinations, during shift

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent, required
• Strong knowledge of parts inventory management, equipment and their proper maintenance and storage
• Proficiency with management systems and computer software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience with purchase requisition, approvals and bill of good receipts
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train team members
• Ability to analyze data and identify process improvement opportunities

• Must be able to acquire and maintain Gaming License issued through POIGRA
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation
• Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any days/hours as needed or required to meet business needs
• Must have a valid New Mexico driver’s license with no restrictions as part of the employment requirements. Should not have had a driver’s license revoked or suspended in the last 3 years prior to the date of the Employment Application, acceptability will be determined by Risk Management. Driving records will be checked periodically to ensure continued compliance with this requirement
