Heritage Real Estate Company seeks a Facilities Technician I to join our team in a daytime role with occasional weekend work. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of Class A properties including a new food hall and premium office spaces in Albuquerque, NM.
You will handle tasks across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general facility maintenance, reporting to the Regional Director of Facilities. A strong focus on safety and reliability is essential.
