New Iron is recruiting a Site Services Supervisor for a semiconductor manufacturer in Albuquerque.
Responsibilities- Lead site maintenance operations and daily priorities.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, schedules, safety, and work quality.
- Coordinate with Equipment Engineering and Manufacturing.
- Manage critical maintenance escalations.
- Oversee contractors for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Support audits, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training/experience.
- 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
, including supervision. - Knowledge of electronics, mechanics, semiconductor equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical and maintenance documentation.
- This role requires working in an industrial manufacturing environment, including use of PPE and occasional lifting, climbing, and confined-space work.
