Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community in Albuquerque, NM. You will manage turn-key work, coordinate repairs with staff and outside contractors, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Eligible candidates have at least 3 years in residential/commercial maintenance or supervisor roles, EPA/HVAC certification, and are on-call with weekend availability.
