Safety, Security & Facilities Coordinator
The Safety, Security & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and functional environment. This hands-on position performs routine maintenance, groundskeeping, safety inspections, janitorial support, and security monitoring while providing operational support through front desk coverage and daily facility lockdown procedures.
Additional Areas of Responsibility- Perform minor repairs including painting touch-ups, furniture repairs, hardware replacement, and lock adjustments.
- Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
- Conduct routine groundskeeping and debris removal.
- Identify and report issues requiring licensed contractors, landlord intervention, City services, or specialized repair providers.
Part Time Position 12-5:15PM Monday-Friday
