Facility Housekeeper

Location

3699 Alcoa Hwy, Alcoa, Tennessee 37701, United States of America.

• Provide sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevator, and other facility areas.
• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the site.
• Maintain and track cleaning supply inventory, requesting supplies as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
• Self‑starter attitude with a proactive approach.

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing, masks, goggles, gloves or shields may be required.

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around outdoors, reaching objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs, either assisted or unassisted.
