Clean Team Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Full-Time Commercial Cleaner to join our team at Sevier Heights Baptist Church in Alcoa, TN. As a Commercial Cleaner, you will:

Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility

Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms, classrooms, offices, and common areas

Empty trash and replace liners as needed

Respond promptly to spills and unexpected cleaning needs

Follow all facility safety and security procedures

Maintain company and client cleanliness standards

Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and facility staff

Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and within expected time frames

Maintain Clean Team’s high standards of quality and professionalism

We're looking for candidates who:

Are at least 18 years of age

Have reliable transportation

Can work independently and stay organized

Have strong attention to detail and dependable attendance

Are able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required—paid training is provided
