Location: Maryville/Alcoa, TN

Schedule: FT and PT looking for all shifts.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy independent work, structured routines, and creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for customers and employees alike.
Responsibilities- Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors throughout assigned facilities
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
- Remove trash and recycling and replace liners as needed
- Replenish restroom and facility supplies including soap and paper products
- Respond to unexpected cleaning needs such as spills or urgent messes
- Follow all safety and security procedures for assigned facilities
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
- Complete cleaning routes efficiently and within scheduled time frames
- Maintain company quality standards at all times
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation required
- Ability to work independently and remain on task
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift, bend, walk, and remain active during shifts
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but not required
- Multiple full-time schedules available
