Clean Team Company is looking for dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Associates to join our team at Harper Chrysler/Dodge in Alcoa, TN

As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you will:

• Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain showroom, office, and service department floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, customer waiting areas, and common spaces
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Clean glass, entryways, and other high-visibility areas to maintain a professional appearance
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and other essentials
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as door handles, counters, desks, and waiting areas
• Respond promptly to spills and unexpected cleaning needs
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow approved cleaning procedures
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently while meeting Clean Team s quality standards
• Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to management

The ideal candidate will have:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• Paid training is provided for motivated candidates who are ready to learn
