Clean Team Company is looking for motivated Commercial Cleaning Associates to join our team in the Alcoa/Maryville area!

As a Commercial Cleaning Associate, you will help keep our clients' facilities looking their best by:

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining floors
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, offices, breakrooms, and shared spaces
• Removing trash and recycling and replacing liners
• Replenishing paper products, soap, and other facility supplies
• Disinfecting frequently touched surfaces and maintaining sanitary areas
• Handling spills and unexpected cleaning needs quickly and safely
• Following all Clean Team safety guidelines and client-specific procedures
• Working professionally with coworkers, supervisors, and customers
• Completing assigned areas and cleaning duties according to established standards
• Notifying management of maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages

We're looking for people who are:

• 18 years of age or older
• Dependable and committed to showing up ready to work
• Able to provide reliable transportation
• Comfortable working independently and staying on task
• Detail-oriented and proud of the quality of their work
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
• Positive, respectful, and willing to be part of a team
• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is helpful but not required
• No cleaning experience? No problem! Clean Team provides paid training to help you learn the job and feel confident in your role.
