Senior Maintenance Engineer

Coordinating the technical maintenance team, the role will be responsible for all activities related to industrial maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive).

Asset management, involving:

• Developing and controlling the execution of the maintenance plan (KPI assurance and reporting).
• Ensuring the availability and capacity of production lines required to meet the objectives set by the company's management.
• Managing and optimizing the maintenance budget, including control of expenses in the maintenance area.
• Control of the different warehouses. Ensuring the proper functioning of the spare parts stock.
• Implementation and control of maintenance procedures, to standardize the service.
• Ensuring the correct management of documentation related to maintenance (correct use of DMS).
• Promoting timely continuous improvement actions to achieve objectives.

Management and coordination of human resources

Ensuring compliance with internal PRL regulations in the maintenance area

We are looking for a profile with skills in team management, so experience in coordinating teams is required. Additionally, experience in managing indicators, etc. is required.

Rigorous person, with initiative and autonomy to solve problems.

Ability to integrate into a multidisciplinary team.

Essential knowledge of industrial installations.

Essential experience in the use of maintenance control tools (CMMS)

At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
