Community Housekeeper

Full-time Housekeeper at Pecan Grove and Rosewood Apartments

Our Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.

Pay: $12-14 an hour, bi-weekly pay with up to $750 quarterly bonuses (up to $3,000 a year!)

Schedule:

M-F 8-5PM

This position requires driving between properties Rosewood and Pecan Grove Apartments (3 minutes apart). A valid drivers license will be required for this role. Essential

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining entire property in good condition
• Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupant
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping
• May assist with light maintenance including painting on turnovers/make-readies
• Snow removal

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

• 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning or related responsibilities preferred
• Must be detailed oriented
• Drivers license required
