Janitorial Specialist

Our client, a leading provider of professional cleaning services, is seeking a  
** Janitorial Specialist
** to join their team. As a Janitorial Specialist, you will be part of the Facilities Support team, supporting building maintenance and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $19-$21/ hour

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday after 5 pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools, and procedures

+ Cleaning duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment

+ Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations

+ Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) where required to ensure safety

+ Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as needed to secure premises

** What's Needed?*
* + Prior experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper, or similar role is a plus but not required

+ Willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively

+ Dependability, punctuality, and a professional appearance in uniform

+ Effective communication skills in English
