What You'll Do as a Janitor:

• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing in office and facility areas
• Dust and clean furniture including desks, files, chairs, and fixtures
• Wash walls, ceilings, windows, and woodwork
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Collect and remove trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility
• Move equipment and furniture to support thorough cleaning efforts
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, stairways, and designated facility areas
• Perform general housekeeping and support cleaning tasks as assigned

What You Need to Bring to the Janitor Role:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in custodial cleaning and minor maintenance in a commercial facility
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques
• Ability to use ladders, hand tools, and cleaning equipment safely
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and procedures
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various environments
