Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Baler Operator workers for a recycling/MRF company in Alexandria, MN. In this role, you’ll support maintenance operations while helping keep the system clean and running efficiently. What You’ll Do as a Baler Operator:

• Operate baling equipment to process recyclable materials
• Assist maintenance personnel with basic repairs and upkeep tasks
• Clean and maintain the MRF system to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor equipment performance and report any issues
• Perform general warehouse and facility cleaning duties
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and safety

What You Need to Bring to the Baler Operator Role:

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for 8–10 hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Previous warehouse, maintenance, or equipment experience preferred
• Comfortable working in an industrial or recycling environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and basic work instructions
• Reliable transportation to the Alexandria area
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and/or drug screen, if required
