Full-Time (1st Shift):
Monday - Friday, 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000, less applicable taxes. (Payable after 90 days of employment)

Job Title:

Maintenance Technician

• Trublustish, repair and maintain all molding, stamping, assembly, packaging and auxiliary machines.
• Perform preventative and autonomous maintenance on equipment.
• Make improvements and updates to existing equipment.
• Initiate and implement cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Effectively use Mapcon to document all work performed on equipment.
• Participate in design review activities for new and existing equipment.
• Maintain spare parts inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
• Capable of reading and interpreting electrical schematics, PLC programs and mechanical blueprints.
• Experience operating shop equipment and hand tools for repairs.
• Knowledge of world‑class manufacturing practices.
• General knowledge of injection molding machine operation and processes.
• General knowledge of machine controls.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, Mapcon and PLC’s.
• 3‑5 years manufacturing maintenance experience.
