• Trash pick-up every morning and grounds walk.
• Daily cleaning of trash and dumpster area.
• Walk all grounds daily for large and small debris removal.
• Walk hallways and common areas for trash collection.
• Remove unauthorized items from hallways and take them to the main office.
• Take out trash in all common areas, offices, and the clubhouse
• Clean clubhouses, offices, apartments, and other common areas.
• Pull weeds, rake leaves, and water any flowers and the grounds as needed.
• Sweep sidewalks and curbs at least once a week.
• Check hall lights weekly. Replace any burned-out bulbs as needed.
• Check all bandit signs daily. Straighten and adjust for best visibility.
• Deliver newsletters and flyers for the office by 3:00 PM.
• Check and clean handrails weekly.
• Power-wash stairwells twice a year.
• Vacuum pool (if applicable).
• Shovel snow and assist with snow removal as needed. (if applicable)
• Support maintenance staff with repairs and painting tasks as requested.
• Work hours:
  
  Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 3 PM.

• Must have personal/reliable transportation to get to work
• Previous multifamily or commercial property cleaning experience is preferred
• Ability to lift 40lb, perform pushing, pulling, and climbing activities
