The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities:
Performs routine building maintenance activities; performs minor plumbing repairs; carpentry work and painting; cleans and maintains floors and sidewalks;
Maintains grounds including mowing, trimming, landscaping, and snow removal;
Monitors and coordinates all aspects of building and grounds operations; liaises with vendors and technicians for repairs and maintenance;
Manages vehicle registrations, inspections, and maintenance scheduling for divisional headquarters and floater vehicles;
Assists in the selection of contractors and consulting on major building projects; coordinates paperwork for repairs and payments
