Job Overview

Shipping/Receiving Worker at a premier client in Alexandria, VA.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22 per hour with weekly pay on Fridays.

Schedule: Monday‑Friday 6:00 AM–4:00 PM.

• Handling inbound calls, taking customer orders, and communicating any order discrepancies clearly and professionally.
• Making outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide order status updates.
• Assisting walk‑in customers with a positive, helpful attitude and supporting warehouse operations as needed, including pulling and staging orders.

• At least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role and basic math calculation skills.
• Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
