Description
Belle Haven Country Club located in Alexandria Virginia has excellent opportunities for a full-time junior maintenance technician. Must be knowledgeable in plumbing, electric, HVAC, appliances, lighting and life safety equipment. Be willing to work weekends and some weekdays. In exchange we offer comprehensive starting rate, medical, dental, vision, life/disability plans, free meals, vacation, sick and holiday pay.
- Assist with maintaining Club, performing minor repairs and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related maintenance activities.
- Replace air conditioner filters.
- Maintain standards of quality member service.
- Tend to pool area including chemical balancing, cleaning, etc.
- Scrupulously adhere to all safety standards and preventative maintenance schedules
- Promptly respond to and resolve work order requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.
1-3 years prior maintenance experience required
